Web 2.0 - Gliffy

Gliffy

Gliffy is a web-based diagram application that enables users to create, collaborate, and share diagrams from a web-browser. It supports many types of diagrams such as: basic flow charts, UML, entity-relationship, network, user interface, and floorplans. Gliffy automatically saves diagrams periodically and provides version control, to allow users to revert back to previous editions. Diagrams can be shared online in several formats such as a whole web-page, large, medium, small or thumbnail formats.

The collaboration feature makes it easy to use Gliffy diagrams in documents created using Google Apps. Diagrams can also be exported in Visio, jpeg, or png format for portability or use in standard desktop applications. Gliffy is a free advertisement supported service, however a premium subscription is available for $20/year. The premium service includes unlimited advertisement-free public or private diagrams, ulimited image uploads, and priority support.

Ted - I checked out Gliffy. I did the free account - it looks like it limits you to about 5 documents. Did you find this as well, or are you a subscriber?
Thanks,
scc

~~A note about free use: You are indeed limited to 5 diagrams with the free use, if you find you need more you can upgrade to the premium account.
